Maine Coast Smokehouse (Hancock): Rt 1 on the way to Ellsworth. Formerly Sullivan Harbor Farms – 20 minutes. Formerly Sullivan Harbor Farms.
Dunbars Fresh Market & Deli (Sullivan): Between the bridge and Tunk Lake Rd on Coastal Rt 1. – 15 minutes.

Places to Visit
Acadia National Park (Mt Desert Island): 1 Hour
The northeast’s only national park. It is truly scenic and beautiful. You can drive up Cadillac Mt for free, but you need a park pass to drive though most of it.
Bar Harbor (Mt Desert Island): 1 Hour
A lovely New England tourist stop. Gift stores galore. Lots of restaurants. It is only about 15 miles from Ellsworth, but the traffic can slow you down depending on the time of day.
On the Way to Bar Harbor – (between Ellsworth & Bar Harbor) Miniature Golf, Water Slides, gift stores, restaurants, etc.
Schoodic Point (Winter Harbor): Part of Acadia National Park: 30 Minutes
Schoodic Point is part of Acadia National Park and requires a park pass to park. It is just up the coast from Tunk Lake in the Winter Harbor area. Bring a picnic lunch or consider stopping at one of the local restaurants in Winter or Birch Harbor for lunch or dinner.

Fisherman’s Galley & Hotdog Cart (Winter Harbor) – Yelp 3.5 Stars.
$$ – Seafood. Restaurant has been closed for several years, but hotdog cart out front serving hotdogs, haddock rolls, lobster rolls , fries, blueberry pie, etc. 11am-3pm daily.

$$$ – Very popular. Right on the water next to the Coast Guard Base. No Reservations. Best go for lunch. Dinner typically has a 90+ minute wait. Open daily 11-8pm.
Jordan’s Pond (Acadia National Park) – Yelp 3.5 stars. Daily
$$ – Family Restaurant. Large & crowded tourist restaurant in Acadia National Park. Known for great popovers. Need a reservation even for lunch. Expensive for what you get, but very popular. Hours not posted.
Geddy’s (Bar Harbor) – Yelp 4 Stars. Daily.
$$ – This is our favorite bar/burger joint in Bar Harbor. Lobster rolls. 11am-9:30pm.
