Renting the Taylor Camp

Rental Season is from mid-June through October

Weekly Rates:

June: $1,995 per week (Sunday to Sunday)
July-Labor Day: $2,520 per week (Sunday to Sunday)
Labor Day-October: $1,995 per week (Sunday to Sunday)
Cleaning Fee: $150
Check-In: 3pm (Sunday)
Check-Out: 10am (Sunday)

Rental Includes:

1) All utilities (including  propane for the grill).
2) Sheets, bath & beach towels
3) Fully equipped kitchen.
4) The cabin cleaned & all the beds made before arrival.
5) Use of the 4 kayaks and 1 canoe.
6) DirecTV Stream with DVR & Blu-Ray Player.
7) Starlink Satellite Wireless Internet.
8) Nationwide Long Distance telephone.
9) Heat provided starting mid-Sept.
10) No A/C.
11) Each bedroom has a floor fan.
12) Living Room, Dining Room & Porch Dining Table each have a ceiling fan

Restrictions

1) PROPERTY: No Smoking or fires anywhere including the camp road. No running, jumping/diving off the dock. No food/garbage thrown in the woods/lake.
2) BOATS: At the end of the rental Canoe/Kayaks must be out of the water turned over on the dock or on land so they do not fill with rain water.
3) RENTAL AGREEMENT: Once a deposit is made, a rental agreement must be signed and returned within a week.
